Yes, we were purposely mislead. George Jr. wanted to finish what George Sr. started. There are rumors that FDR ordered the sinking of the Lusitania to get us into WW2. I was in Arizona on 9/11, but I had flown to NYC exactly one week earlier to attend a funeral. We flew on the exact call # plane that later crashed in PA. Our direct flight back to AZ made an emergency stop in Chicago for supposed mechanical inspection. We sweltered onboard for an hour. No examination of the plane took place. The CIA knew something. They knew something about that plane.
For me, I concentrate on honoring the Patriots on Patriot’s Day/9/11. There’s a lot of good people who gave it all for pitch that was told them. Only for twenty years down the line “oh hey, we’re declassifying the fact that Saudi Arabia provided intel to Al Qaeda”, like what? I’m sure many people could say, “I gave my legs to provide democracy to the Middle East not give the Saudi’s power and make them our allies.”
We need MASSIVE government downsizing in our 3-letter agencies.

Isaiah, there is nothing more telling about the Bush Doctrine than this interview with Gen Wesley Clark in 2007 about the Seven Nations War. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Rice, are all war criminals. I remember the look on Colin Powell's face when he lied to Congress. He didn't believe it either.
